We first connected with the Soreil team at Curve New York earlier this year. Soreil launched with both Brarista's Full Chatbot and Mini Chatbot, giving every stage of the shopping journey its own layer of intelligent fit guidance.
The full chatbot sits across the site, available from first browse to final purchase. For a brand whose collections span three distinct lines - each designed for a different occasion and mood - having a tool that can navigate that range thoughtfully is essential. Together, the two tools cover the full customer journey. The full chatbot handles discovery, exploration, and education. The mini chatbot handles conversion. This accounts for the nuances that generic sizing tools miss - sister sizing, cross-brand conversions, and international sizing.
