Since launching in 2019, Nudea has championed a fresh approach to everyday essentials by designing thoughtfully engineered pieces using recycled and organic materials while empowering individuals to feel good, inside and out.

Fit has always been central to Nudea’s identity. From their iconic Nudea Fit Tape, which simplified at-home bra measuring into two easy steps, Nudea has consistently raised the bar for what “fit” should mean in the digital shopping experience.

Now, that mission is extending even further through their partnership with Brarista’s AI-powered conversational fitting chatbot.



With Brarista integrated into the Nudea online store, customers can receive personalised bra size and style recommendations in minutes, from the comfort of home. The solution supports Nudea’s full size range (30–38 bands and A–GG cups), offering guidance that adapts to diverse body shapes, fit preferences, and life stages.

“We were looking for an AI chatbot that could intelligently help with fitting questions, as well as day-to-day customer order questions,” shares Priya Downes, Founder of Nudea.

“Our previous Gorgias chatbot wasn’t personalised enough, and Brarista offered the lingerie expertise built with other brands to train the system better than we ever could. This was a real value add for us.”

Powered by a database of 20,000+ verified fit records, Brarista combines advanced algorithms, lingerie-specific conversational AI, and expert fitting knowledge to mirror the reassurance of a boutique fitting room online. Beyond sizing help, the chatbot acts as a lingerie stylist, curating products across Nudea’s underwear and sleepwear range.





Priya adds, “The depth of sizing answers was unexpected. International size conversions, for example, were a delightful surprise and offer a great experience for our growing international audience.”

As early testing continues, she shares that she is “excited and optimistic that this solution will enhance our customer experience, increase browsing time, improve conversion, and reduce returns.”

This partnership also marks the debut of Brarista’s newly updated chatbot interface, rolled out ahead of the Black Friday season. “We designed the enhanced interface to showcase the full depth of how Brarista supports the end-to-end online fitting journey, from fit advice to intelligent product recommendations,” says Bella Trang Ngo, Founder of Brarista.




Paired with automatically updated product card tags reflecting real-time discounts and promotions, Nudea can maximise seasonal performance while Brarista acts as an extended online sales associate, guiding customers to the right fit and the right product at the right moment.
