Evenly’s sizing system isn’t built around standard charts. Each bra insert comes in one of 17 bespoke sizes, varying in shape and thickness to support women with different degrees of breast asymmetry.
While this level of precision is innovative and empowering, it created a challenge: how to deliver expert, personalised guidance online that matched the care of in-person advice. Generic sizing tools weren’t designed to handle the complexity of breast asymmetry, making them unsuitable for Evenly’s bespoke 17-size system.
At the same time, Evenly’s customer service team was handling repetitive queries around fit, product details, and exchange processes. A scalable solution was essential.
